I HAVE A CHRISTMAS GIFT CARD, HOW DO I USE IT?
If you have a christmas gift card, add the shades you want to your basket and proceed to the check out. In the check-out you shall add your specific gift-card code to the coupon code field. You will then be able to processed with the check-out and confirm the order with no cost. Problems? Do not hesitate to contact our customer service, we will be glad to help you!

WHEN DO YOU NEED MY ORDER FOR CHRISTMAS?

We need your order by 17 december 2019 (Sweden) in order for it to get to you before christmas. For all other countries we need you order before 15 december 2019 in order for us to be able to deliver on time.

TO WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP?

We currently accept orders from and ship to: Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Finland.
We will soon be accepting orders from all EU.

CAN I PAY IN OTHER CURRENCIES THAN SEK?
All our prices are shown in Swedish Krona (SEK) including VAT. We currently only accept payments in SEK.

WHAT ABOUT SIZE?
Our size is a standard uni-sex size 5717-145. This fits most people! For a size guide please look at the individual product description. If your ear peice doesn’t fit perfectly you can use a hair-dryer to heat the ear piece and gently mold it to fit your size. You can also ask you local optician to adjust them for you. Please remember that we do not refund damages to your shades that you have caused so please be carefully and ask us for help if you are unsure.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
Shipping is free! 
If you want to make a return and a recieve a refund we will charge you for the return freight. In the case of a warranty issue the return shipping is free.

WHAT IS YOUR ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME?
We always ship your order within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Your order should be with you within 2-3 business days. As soon as your order is packed you will receive a notice via email with a tracking number so you can be sure of the status of your shipment at all times. WHAT ABOUT WARRENTY?
We are focused on delivering the highest quality possible, we therefore give you a limited one year product warranty on production related issues. Please read our terms and conditions for details. I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Sure, if you let us know that you want to make a refund within 14 days of receiving the shades. The shades must be unused and in the orignal packaging. In case of a refund the cost of the return freight is payed by the customer. We will refund your shades when they arrive at our office. IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE, IS IT SAFE TO GIVE YOU MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?
We cooperate with one of the world’s biggest and most secure payment service providers, Stripe. We do not process or store you credit card data on our systems or servers. The credit card form on our web site forms part of Stripes highly secure system architecture and the communication to Stripes servers is encryted with highly secure HTTPS with TLS.
